Quality first
Quality begins with the beverage in the tank. We don’t want to throw random numbers at you. We want to show you what we can do. We continuously test the D.O pickups on our line with one of our customers. The results are consistent across every fill head on the line. The CO2 loss in the process is about .1 Vol. Our filler has handled 2.85 Vol of C02 @ 33 degrees effectively on beer.
INLINE SCALE
Our filler is equipped with an inline scale. Low fill cans will be rejected right after the seam.
The in line scale allows us to make fill adjustments and make sure no low filled cans make it to your customers.
SEAMER
Our line runs on a motor operated seamer. We made sure we chose a line with the least points of failure. The seamer is one of the most important critical control points in the process. From our point of view and experience, a motor driven seamer is more precise and effective than ones on pneumatics.
SEAMS
Manufacturer specifications exist for a reason. We make sure that our seams are formed to manufacturer specifications.
